Shipping Policy

Delivery information

• Express Shipping: We aim for 1-4 working days (Mon-Fri) for delivery.
• Economy Shipping: We aim for 3-7 working days (Mon-Fri) for delivery.
• Please note that processing orders can take 1 working day.
• Free Australian Domestic Shipping for orders over $300.
• In some cases we cannot ship to PO Boxes due to the size of packages – please take this into consideration when ordering
• We have a set shipping cost of $25.00 per order for economy shipping and $50.00 per order for Express Australia wide (we only currently service Australian domestic orders)
  
  

Refusal of delivery

If you refuse a delivery from UrbanLux Hospitality you are responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to UrbanLux. This amount will be deducted from your refund once the shipment has been received back.
